Geared for relocating employees, our Financial Services program delivers personalized mortgage counseling and provides a head start on mortgage processing.
Prior to the employee’s home finding trip, a Mortgage Counselor will review current financing plans and afford ability under each plan with the employee.  The Mortgage Counselor will pre-qualify the employee and take application for financing.  Quick approval of financing offers the peace of mind to the employee and allows for increased leverage in negotiating the best price for the new home.  When the new home is purchased, the closing will occur in the shortest amount of time possible, typically within 21 to 30 days.

The Financial Services program results in shorter, more productive home finding trips, reduced temporary living expenses and increased employee productivity.
