When you open a book, you can: find out interesting facts; go along on an adventure; meet real or imaginary people from the past, the present, or even the future; visit places you might not be able to go to otherwise; and be surprised, amazed, delighted, or inspired. (Another good thing about books is that they don't need batteries.)
